Corrections policy
Accuracy matters more than speed. If a published incident contains a factual error, misleading wording or a source attribution problem, we review the underlying source trail and correct the record.
What to send
Include the incident URL, the specific statement that appears incorrect, the reason it is incorrect and, where possible, a reliable source that supports the correction.
How changes are handled
Material corrections are recorded in the editorial history and the page's updated date is changed. We do not silently change material facts without maintaining an internal record.
